SMALLFOOT •Escape
Fun action and comedy.
SCOOB! •Machu Picchu
I wrote and boarded this sequence to help set up the villain, Dastardly- and to reveal the first key to his evil plot: a mythological skull. Early versions of the script lacked mystery and real danger. This sequence was used as a cold open for a few screenings and helped push us toward those goals.

SCOOB! •Bowling Alley Snack Bar
This was fun to board! It helped to define the comedic tone and reminded us of our true characters. I strayed away from the script a little bit to open it up. The feedback was positive. It ended up serving as a launch pad for early animation & lighting— and became a promo piece for distributors.
SCOOB! •Shaggy Intro
Young Shaggy’s reveal on the Venice Boardwalk. This leads into the meet cute with Scooby. This was my visual key image. Tie dye and fast food!
SCOOB! •Pawspin
The idea that Shaggy and Scooby would fight over “who saves who” was just the right amount of funny- during what might be the most dramatic scene in the movie. The dialogue is missing here, but it still reads!
Betty and Bobo
Here’s a sampling of some spooky gags in a throwback style. Blue Sky Short.
